Hatha yoga flow is designed to start with Sun Salutation warming .There is the traditional salute to the sun and many variations. Normally done quickly and relaxed, do six times multiple of six.
The dynamic Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga Flow, includes several variations of sun salutations , the rhythm is slower than in hatha yoga and more powerfull there are usually two salutations A and B mostly with three repeticions .
In ashtanga yoga we start the exercise doing sun salutation A and B fife times each .
In classical hatha yoga the exercise program starts also with other warming up exercises.
